Caboolture Bootcamp Timetable

Monday - Friday

9:30am & 6pm

Monday to Friday we do a different workout each day, working on:

  • Improving upper body strength

  • Sculpting and toning legs and glutes

  • Full body Cardio Blast sessions using HIIT to burn calories and melt fat

  • Cardio boxing (Thursdays)
